The CPS Airport Shuttle is a wonderful way to make traveling by air much less stressful. The drivers are so accommodating and pleasant no matter what time of day or night. Car seats are needed when our little granddaughters, ages 2 1/2 years and 1 1/2 years, ride in the shuttle from the airport. We just leave our car seats at the Stewart Centre, and the driver installs them in the van. Because of a death in the family it was necessary to made arrangements for a shuttle to the airport on a Wednesday for a flight leaving on a Friday at 7 a.m. CPS had the shuttle arrangements taken care of within hours for us. The shuttle picked us up at our home and dropped us off at the terminal door. Then we were met on our return at the airport door and delivered to our home door. It's a relaxing and safe way to begin and end a trip!

We are glad that our neighbors suggested the CPS shuttle to us when we needed to pick up our son Mike and his family at O'Hare last month. Corporate Purchasing Source, Inc. was founded in 1999 as a third party purchasing service provider. For two years, CPS built a reputation as a prompt and trustworthy acquisition and payment resource at an affordable rate. In 2001, one of our valued clients approached us with a proposition. The proposal was to take over their internal ground transportation operations to accommodate their employees, vendors, clients and visitors to and from the airport to their destinations in Freeport.

Since 2001, CPS Airport Shuttle has provided transportation to thousands of passengers with the highest standards of care and courtesy a chauffeur service can offer! Our history of satisfied customers is as steady as our safety record. With airline delays at an all-time high, it is our ability to devote our resources to our individual customers that allows us to remain the confident choice.

Years of experience and fine-tuning our craft have resulted in efficiencies that you will benefit from beginning with your first phone call or e-mail. After you receive your response from our quote submission form or phone call inquiry, we will request payment information and flight or travel information. You will then receive a trip confirmation that contains specific instructions, relevant times and important phone numbers. There are so many details to occupy your time when you travel; it is our purpose and pleasure to remove some of the planning arrangements from your agenda!

During every trip, refreshments are provided as well as the option to stop during the trip as the need arises. Additionally, our chauffeurs have the instincts and knowledge on how to prepare for and avoid traffic delays, and will do so to the best of their ability. When airline arrival times are pushed back, your driver will constantly monitor arrival status to be ready to act when your flight finally arrives. We will also accept and install your child safety seats, provide power to your work or personal devices and personally wait for you in customs if you are traveling internationally. Lexus LS460 Sedan - Travel in elegance with our flagship, all-wheel drive sedan. One to three passengers can be accommodated in soft leather, temperature-controlled seating. This vehicle is the perfect option for executive trips or for a special occasion when only the finest will do.

Lincoln Navigator SUV - This luxury class vehicle is the balanced solution for comfort and space with sensible aesthetics. Our passengers can enjoy rear seat entertainment with the DVD/LCD screen system with headphones. Four to five customers will fit comfortably while enjoying a smooth ride in fair or inclement weather.

Russ Miller - Russ began driving for CPS 2001 after driving chauffeur for two years previously. When CPS began providing airport shuttle services, his insight into the business was crucial to the standards we implement daily. His prior professional experience was 42 years as a supervisor at Honeywell (former Micro Switch) in Freeport.

Bill Pittz - Bill also started his tenure with CPS in 2001. Bill is a "jack of all trades" who has acquired a variety of skills during his career. Many years of building management are utilized as he doubles as Building Coordinator for Stewart Centre in Freeport. His property and driving responsibilities receive an equal amount of care.

Laverne Dole - Laverne joined CPS in 2002 as business began to increase. He dedicated thirty years to the safety of the City of Freeport as a firefigher, retiring in 2001 with the rank of Captain. Additionally, Laverne devotes his time as the Secretary of the Excelsior Masonic Lodge No. 97 as well as Secretary for the Freeport Park District Senior Golf League.

Mike Lowary - Mike retired from the Illinois State Police after 33 years in 2003. It only took one month until Mike decided that his passion for travel was not yet behind him. Our customers benefitted immediately from his understanding of transportation best practices. When not driving for CPS, Mike can usually be found on his motorcycle riding cross-country.

Dave Youngblut - Dave retired from the Illinois State Police after 23 years in 2006 and was hired that same year. Dave has an unmatched attention to detail that he demonstrates during every trip. That same detail also serves him as a VIN Inspector for Mecum Auto Auctions and as a Ground Support Office and Crew Chief for the AIRONE Emergency Response Coalition helicopter unit.

Robin Gorsline - Robin, the most recently hired CPS chauffeur was brought on-board June 2011. Currently, Robin is a firefighter with the rank of Battalion Chief with the City of Freeport. In the short amount of time since his start date; through his capable actions he has solidified himself as an integral part of our team.
